Whether it's with our children, friends, parents, or significant others, challenges in relationships are often rooted in behaviors that are complex and based on early-life experiences. Once we understand emotional and behavioral development, relationships can be positively improved.
At Life Skills Northwest, we teach individuals the reasons for behaviors that negatively impact relationships, and provide tools for addressing these behaviors.
Through a group dynamic, trained facilitators, and the renowned "Learning to Live, Learning to Love" curriculum, healing takes place - the kind of healing that has the power to positively affect the rest of your life.
"My husband and I have both taken Life Skills. Now, for the first time in 10 years, we have a more open and healthy communication style and are understanding each other better. Also, because of my growth through this course, my son's behavior is improving. I am so optimistic about the legacy I am now leaving for my children."
