Life Skills Northwest has been providing psycho-educational classes since 2006. The founder, Kimball C. Ayers, since he was a young man he has had a life-long interest in maximizing human potential. As a former navy fighter pilot, KC knows a thing or two about stretching the limits of human performance. For most of his life he was focused on the external meaning of success and by most measures, he achieved it.
Yet as KC rounded the corner of 50 years of age he realized that the most important measure of success is how we relate to those closest to us. He believes that our legacy will be found in our relationships with others. He has found that our level of personal happiness is directly tied to the quality of those relationships.
KC is passionate about researching and integrating leading edge material to assist others in improving their most important relationships. He has a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University.
He believes that through Life Skills Northwest's ground-breaking educational materials and active group learning, a powerful healing dynamic takes place. Participants' characters are developed and strengthened, resulting in greater emotional maturity and enabling greater compassion and understanding for ourselves and others. |
